Good performance of high elastic EVA foam
Generally, high-elastic foam is based on EVA and other rubber foaming materials, adding rubber components, adding foam's elasticity, tearing strength and other properties.
1. Processability: No joints, and easy to process such as hot pressing, cutting, gluing, and bonding (such as EVA handles, EVA packaging boxes, EVA balls, etc.);
2. Corrosion resistance: resistant to chemical corrosion such as seawater, grease, acid, and other chemicals, antibacterial, non-toxic, tasteless, and pollution-free;
3. Anti-vibration: high resilience and tension resistance, strong toughness, and good shock/cushioning performance (such as EVA foot pads, etc.);
4. Thermal insulation: excellent thermal insulation, cold insulation and low temperature performance, and can withstand severe cold and exposure (such as EVA cup holders).
5. Water resistance: airtight cell structure, non-absorbent, moisture-proof, good water resistance (such as EVA keychain, EVA floating board);
6. Sound insulation: airtight cell, good sound insulation effect.
EVA foam High elastic EVA foam
High-elastic EVA foam has good performance. The high-elastic EVA foam is made of EVA raw material, color masterbatch, foaming agent and other high-temperature foaming. In terms of different foams, there are environmentally friendly coarse-pored EVA, ordinary EVA, food-grade odorless environmentally friendly EVA, fire-resistant EVA and anti-static EVA foam.
EVA sheet can be processed into EVA inner support, EVA tray and EVA inner lining. In terms of hardness, there are EVA linings with a normal hardness of 38 degrees, a slightly harder 50 degrees, and a harder 70 degrees. In terms of performance, there are ordinary environmentally friendly EVA coils and fireproof EVA coils. Materials and anti-static EVA roll materials, in terms of color, there are black EVA foam, white EVA foam, colorful EVA foam, etc.
High-elastic EVA foam has the advantages of good cushioning, shock resistance, heat insulation, moisture resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, etc., and is non-toxic and non-absorbent. It can be processed and formed by design, and its shock resistance is better than traditional foam materials such as polystyrene. And meets environmental protection requirements, it is an ideal choice for export products. Compared with shockproof packaging, it can be cut and shaped. It is mainly used in a wide range of fields such as automotive seats, automotive interiors, roofs, foot pads, sun visor materials, electrical appliances, precision instruments, instruments and other electronic products such as shock-proof buffer packaging.
